Terms of Service

These starter terms govern your use of Greads. Review them with legal counsel before relying on them commercially.

The service

Greads generates video-ad concepts, scripts, storyboards and (rolling out) finished videos using AI models. Output quality is not guaranteed; you are responsible for reviewing ads before publishing.

Credits & billing

Managed generation is billed in credits at provider cost plus a 20% margin. Compositional edits are free; regenerating media costs credits. Credits from packs do not expire; plan credits refresh monthly. Charges occur only after a generation succeeds.

Your content

You retain ownership of your brand assets and generated ads. You are responsible for having the rights to any material you upload and for complying with each AI provider's usage policies.

Acceptable use

No illegal, deceptive, or infringing content. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or the underlying providers.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, Greads is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
